Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness, consistency, and availability for all participants, please review and adhere to the following booking policy: 1. Scheduling Each participant is allowed up to two (2) sessions per week. Sessions are scheduled for one (1) hour each. 2. Rescheduling Sessions must be rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance. We understand that unexpected situations arise; however, timely communication is essential. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows If you are unable to attend and do not provide notice at least 12 hours in advance or have not communicated directly with staff, the session will be forfeited. Missed or forfeited sessions cannot be rescheduled or credited back. 4. Communication If circumstances prevent you from attending, please notify us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. By booking a session, you agree to follow the terms of this policy.
