MULTI-PHASED SESSIONS OF FUN, FITNESS, AND LEARNING.

These programs are open to all youths ages 8-18, focusing on the fundamentals of track and field while emphasizing fun and fitness.

DISTRICTS/REGIONALS/JUNIOR OLYMPICS

June 14/15- Virginia AAU District Championship

June 25-28- Virginia AAU Regional Championship

July 25-Aug 2-AAU Junior Olympics
