Sports have always been a focal point in my life since I was in elementary school. Because of this I learned that hard work, dedication and patience were the key to success in sports and in life. I have always had an interest in fitness and training. I have been a coach and trainer for over 10+ years. I started my training background in fitness and weight lifting in 2008. I started coaching track and Field from 2014-2019, for the Fayetteville Flyers out of NC. I worked with mid distance sprints and long distance running, then moved to throws, specializing in shot put. From 2019-2023 I developed training programs for individuals wanting to work on their fitness and develop a healthier lifestyle. During that timeframe, I also coached soccer and t-ball from 2022-2023, I am now a coach with Virginia Blaze, specializing in throws. Education and certification: nutrition certification, personal training, USATF developmental coach program, safe sport training, positive coaching Favorite Quotes: "If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything" "Hate has 4 letters, but so is love; Enemies has 7 letters but so does friends; Lying has 5 letters but so does truth; failure has 7 letters but so does success; Cry has 3 letters but so does joy; Negativity has 10 letters but so does positivity; You always have a choice, so choose the better side of it."

I have been coaching for 3 years at James Monroe, Chancellor, Riverbend, Virginia blaze, and Mach 5. Currently I specialize in long and triple jump training. I have coached many athletes, 1 in which made it to state, 1st place finish and 7 all American athletes to junior Olympics. Why I coach: the reason on why I coach is to provide young athletes a chance to experience the field part of track. In addition, I want to give back to the teams that raised me throughout my track journey.
